Can anyone recommend a "White" bulb for either the front headlaps, fog lights, or both? Something that will hopefully NOT fry the wiring? I am coming off four years of Xenon headlights, I dread going back to the old type "yellow" bulbs, HELP

anyone know what that costs?
i went with the cheaper option, blue looking bulbs from supercheap. cost about $25 for the set.
i've done the Phillips ones before but they weren't worth the $100 or so more that they cost.
haven't worked out what bulb size the fog lights use yet, or how to get them out. if anyone know's pls let me know!

I've got HID's in mine, and don't want to go back to halogens again !!
About $500 odd and that was for ones that were HID on both low and high beam

aj's
They were the full hardware kit ready to plug into the existing loom. Took me probably about 45 min to get it in and working.
Got them from everything 12volt in Melb - 97381500
Looking at their web, price has gone up. I got mine from one of the 4wd shows, so probably they were selling cheaper then, but I am sure they will be "negotiable"
I wanted local support in case their was a problem and a tax invoice as I claim car expenses, so did not get them through ebay
hope that helpsDecember 2007 Prado GXL diesel, Option Pack with traction control, rear airconditioning and curtain airbags. Lovells Springs and Bilstiens shocks, snorkel, front recovery points,

I spoke to everything 12 volt about these - the guy was very helpful.
Quoted me about $650 for the kit (supply only).
I was a bit worried when I got a long silence on the question: is it legal and will it cause me any compliance issues with the authorities?
They do sound like a good thing - I am tossing up whether to do so, or to just go with the IPF fatboy globes from ARB (about $150 a pair).
I tried the Narva Arctic blues, but was not happy with them - they changed the colour of the light but did not improve its throw (if anything, it was slightly inferior to the standard globe's performance).

They are a huge improvement over the standard (inadequate) bulbs. An easy fit too...My Prado Buildiup Since 2004
