getting fog lights out

Hi Everyone
Does anyone know how to get the fog lights out in the standard bumper. I have a little bit of water in one and want to dry it out, but can't work out how they come out

Should be 2 bolts behind the fog light.
I have used metho to try and dry out the light....worked for a while then came back.
