Hello There
my name is Bebel, I write you from the Andes in Perú, I am owner a Landcruser Prado 1998 (japan version) Turbo Diesel Intercooler. Japn Versión because when my car comes to Perú it had the wheel in the right as in Australia, and well in Perú there are shop where they move the wheel to the left position and is Legal, anyway.
First I want change the suspensión shocks, not the coils, because i changed them 8 months ago for a new toyota, the original and I paid around 1000 US$, for the set of 4, then, they are fine for the moments.
I was researching in Internet and our Prado hare frame or Chassis with:
Toyota Tacoma 1995-2004 and 4Runner 1996 - 2002.
I wants change my shock for bilstein and I want buy them online in USA because is chaeper, y made this table:
Bilstein
BE5-2450 - fron Strut - 1996-2002 Toyota 4Runner 4WD
BE5-2451 - Rear Shock - 1996-2002 Toyota 4Runner 4WD
BE5-2741 F4-BE5-2741-H0 TOYOTA LANDCRUISER PRADO Rear
BE5-2778 F4-BE5-2778-H0 TOYOTA LANDCRUISER PRADO Front
B46 - 2284 Toyota Tacoma Front
That is Unites State
I saw in Australia:
Be5 - 2451 M for Land Cruiser Prado 90
BE5 - 2450 M for Land Cruiser Prado 90
Now I was reading
BE5-2450 - fron Strut - 1996-2002 Toyota 4Runner 4WD has now the code F4-BE5-F332-HO
or Old Part Number:F4-BE5-2450-H0;F4-BE5-F332-H1 ... H1
My question some of you have tried or is using shocks F4 - BE5-F332-HO in their Prado?
I am following this action in ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...#ht_500wt_1287
One week ago I Bought a pair of Bilstein F4-BE5-2451-H0 Rear
http://www.ebay.com/itm/320855460824...#ht_846wt_1139
I bought by 40 dollars the pair new, plus shipping is 100 dollars, in Peru the price is 250 dollars each and take 2 months to bring them.
Now I am lookings front shock and the BE5- F332-HO are 50 dollars pair.
Another things I found: Shocks Old man Emu for Tacoma, 4Runner and Prado have the same code, no differences
Front: OME 90004 or OME N91SC
Rear: OME 60027 or OME 60028 or OME N86C
Thanks for your time
