I bought a factory second from them (travelmate 60L). Was a second because it had a superficial scratch on the outer shell. Got $200 off and an insulating case for $30 (usually $100). Can't fault it except for a slightly higher power usage than the comparable waecos/engels but considering it was 1/2 the price of said other brands I can live with it!

Cheers for the heads up, looking for a fridge at the moment. Noticed that they seem to be having a sale across the range as well, 20%-30% off a few of them. Their Glacier range is new, metal box with the Danfoss compressor - very tempting unless anyone has heard horror stories given they are part of their Chinese made lineup.

Australian Direct has them a bit cheaper, looking at this one:

I have an RF60 and haven't had any dramas. It's the only fridge I've owned so I can't compare but no complaints . Thick walls so it's like an esky. I didn't look at their other Chinese stuff. Shorter but longer than most cause the compressor is on the side which they reckon helps with the cooling because the heat from compressor does affect the temp from rising into fridge however being longer I only just fitted mine on top of my drawers , after losing another 25mm for a cargo barrier fitted by a bees willy.

I have the previous glacier 50l. I've had it about 6 months and no issues thus far.
I've had good experiences with their customer service. Very helpful.
