    i head to change the rear main seal
    during the service the mechanic broke one of the bolt inside ,
    so im, missing one bolt ,he say its OK
    any idea?

    Depends, which bolt? Flywheel, bell housing, clutch cover?

            Think about it this way, if it wasn't necessary it wouldn't be there in the first place. So what has the mechanic done? Glued it together?

              he saying it was rusty

                One of four bolts that bolt the converter housing to the sump, and one of the ten(?) in total that bolt the converter housing to the block? If it was in a easy spot to remove and replace the broken one, I would do it but wouldn't go the effort of removing the transmission just for that one. It won't cause an issue IMO (no guarantees though...)
