I got 120, but did the following.

Put the winch isolator over my radiator, that completely switches off power to the winch



Then I have a rocket switch on the console with a light, in button, out button and power switch (this switches on/off the wireless controller), if the isolator is on, and the rocket switch is on, then the in and out winch controls on the console work, and also I can use the power switch to switch on or off the wireless controller. (Thus for the wireless to work, the isolator must be on first, then the rocket switch, and then the power switch - bit of safety worked in there, would not want kids to play around with it too much by accident or so)
