I've had a bit of a read of the threads about the sloppy shifter

Anyway, I'm not sure if I'm suffering from the "stiff shifter". Basically, it will shift normally from P-R-N-D, and 4-3-2, but D-4 and 2-L are quite stiff and I basically need to tap the stick to get it across.
Has anyone had the same issue and is the upgraded bullet the appropriate fix?
