To get things rolling along I thought some simple introductions may be a good idea.

    Something like:

    This is my Prado:

    Model: 2005
    Year: GXL Turbo Diesel
    Colour: Dark Grey
Accessories: Dual Battery, Tow Bar, Roof Racks, 40L EvaKool ED40
Wishlist: ARB Deluxe Bull Bar, Winch, Snorkel, OME Suspension, UHF Scanner/Transceiver

How have you set your Prado up?

    Nice forum.

Lots of information on the LCOOL mailing lists, but a web forum is much easier to use and keep track of messages. I hope the number of people using it grows fast. Might be worthwhile posting on all of the currently known Prado sites/sources.

    Anyhow, my vehicle.............

    Model: 95 series V6 petrol
    Year: 2000
    Colour: Grey/Blue
Accessories: ARB front bar, OME 2" lift suspension, Safari snorkle, Rear air-locker, Rear storage drawers, Engel fridge, PDA & GPS, Cooper STT tyres, raised diff breathers, upgraded stero.
Wishlist: Recaro driving seat or similar, The fuel economy of the turbo diesel off road, but with the power of my petrol.
Ex 95 and 79 series owner, now FJ Cruiser owner.

That's a nice setup! I'll ask you about the OME suspension in the suspension forum.

I'm in the process of posting to the resource sites I know of. If you are a member of any, please feel free to add a link back to here.

Glad to have you on board.
