    Hi all
Just purchased a 2013 SX 3 door. Certainly a bit different to the old Rodeo. Hope to use it for many a year to tow our 12' off-road van around the country. Currently has ECB bullbar, UHF and airbag helpers on the back. I will no doubt want to pick people's brains about suspension sometime in the future.
    cheers

Welcome guys. @suitcase - sounds like it's already well set up for towing with airbags. Lifting is pretty easy too - watch out for group buys. @agsryd - I like the Fortuner too, but give me a 150L fuel tank any day.

    G'day Everyone.
My name is Jon my wife is Danielle and our 7yo son is Zack. We live on the NSW Central Coast. I upgraded a 2007 AWD Kluger to a 2017 Prado so we could get more adventurous with our 4WDing. We do a bit of driving and camping in our Ezytrail Tarwin camper trailer around the Central Coast and Hunter Valley areas. We are doing a trip back to my hometown Broken Hill at Christmas it should be fun heaps of good tracks to play on. I look forward to sharing and learning a few ideas and information with other forum members.
    Cheers Jon.

    Prado for son

I have a son who will soon be 16, and I want to buy him TLC Prado 150 2011. I have a 2009 Prado 120 but for kids all the best is how do you think I'll make the right decision about buying such a car to him? . What types of insurance policies exist for minors and how does it work?Or can give it to me and pick me up a new one Thank you075ap16h88l_2.jpg075ap16h88l_2.jpg

Hi myPrado 150 was made in 2012, and before this was porsche cayenne turbo made in 2007 and I can say that the new machine is much better and less likely to break. Very cool of course gift to his son, probably he is a fine fellow), I can advise you only what is better to take with 4 doors, since it will be easier, but I think you will make the right choice. With regard to insurance, I have been working as an insurance broker for many years and I can advise you to read this site. Http: //www.cheapautoinsurance.com/ How much I would not look for different sites, on this you will find the most current insurance and information about them.
And yes I think you can take his car =)
    Good luck!
