I too have recently got my hands on a Soverign bar and would really appreciate instructions to help stop all the confusion along with a lot of shouting and throwing things when it comes to installing the bar.
I am a newbie on PP and have got myself a 120 Prado a 07/08 build prado, at this time I got hold of a Sovereign Bullbar and was wondering what parts and instructions i need to fit it to the prado! Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers.

Wondering if anyone on here has a chassis pin lying around that they could lend me for a week or so, or could do a quick drawing with dimensions on it.
Unfortunately I got a 2nd hand Bullbar, and the only things missing are the chassis pins. Toyota want over $100 for the fitting kit but I only need the chassis pins. I'm hoping if I can get the my hands on one or the dimensions I can knock a couple up.
I got some brackets from Narrandra auto wreckers in Nov.
They had a fairly new 120 series , there with a sovereign bar fitted..
They came up trumps for me..

Hey all just got the bar fitted today it took about 6 hours for swearing and cursing, but all in all the fit was good. Just got to make few adjustments along the way. I was wondering if you guys ended up with spare brackets and also if anyone gas got the full instruction manual handy on PDF as I would like to check a few things over. Email address is phanto_142@hotmaildotcom.
Cheers

I just the bullbar realigned properly yesterday, I took it all off and recheck everything and retightened all the nuts and bolts. The job from start to finish to do it properly doing it by myself took about 4 and a half hours. When I fist installed it on I only just fitted with no alingement so I must admit pretty happy with the final job not all I have to do is wire the Parker/indicator lights up. Price to fit the bullbar at three different Toyota workshop was between $380 to $450. Thank to everyonewho sent me the instruction to do it. Now what to do next? any suggestion?

Matt, did you end up getting hold of a spare pin? I had most bolts when i installed mine, but wasn't sure, so I bought the Bolt kit which included two chassis pins. I have two spare.
To be honest, you are best to buy the kit, comes with instructions and EVERY nut/screw/bolt you need.

Hi Mark
Been throught the instructions and the pins are the only thing missing, unfortunately the guy I bought it off didn't realise the pins needed to be removed.
Would you be interested in selling your spare pins??
