 the flares come in a 3m rubber profile roll, with same of coil spring wire, and a bag of black philips head screws..

 spray wd down the hole , insert the wire into the rubber strip, and cut to length ..

 push the flare to the guard and screw thro ,with the self tapers.. plastic original flare...

 care with the spacing and line up of the screws if ya fussy.. simple stuff,, ( 1 hr maybe )

hanbrake shoes replaced, fog lights in bar

 not a pleasant job but, hand brake ready for more hill climbs

 rear fog lights blacked out (bar the reflector)

 new fog lights for the bull bar from ARB, made a nice improvement to the look of the front,
....... just a bit more on that... the ARB guy explained that the replacement OLD style bar fogs, could be ordered in for $220 something,
but the new style here $50 ish from memory.... got the new style and came home and modified the inserts to take the lights ..

who's to know... like a good citizen I put the savings
$$$$ back into the economy

8608 , the second hand bar I got off ebay, wasn't the bar I bought off ebay , the shonks, did a swap on me to a non winch non flared bar, it sat beside my house for a while till it was paint day. i was none the wiser. thats why i modified the sides to meet the flares, looks good .. anyway the side under plates bolt holes didnt match
( dont know if the flared bar and non flared bar, have diff. side protection plates? ) the best i could get was two holes each, so i bolted em on the outside to redrill , cant evan remember if i've done that  started painting it again, paint pretty thin on the corner edge of plates.... i dont mind picky either, and appreciate the tip..
will fix next time I'm working on the front.. cheers

Good work with the bar modification! Looks good in the black against white... Not everyone agrees - but i like it...

Where'd you pick up the rubber flares for the wheel arches? annd how did you attach them?
Also, where did you get the black bonnet protector - i've been looking for one of them?

guys the flares are bushranger flexi flares put on back the front, they sell 'em at TJM, two boxes does the job
                      have a look here
http://www.pradopoint.com/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=10275 cut to length, screw on with self tapers .

the bonnet protector was a ebay job, but it looked like that cheap purple lookin tint, so i removed mine and sprayed the back with $2 black paint. come out shinny and dark black.. what I wanted in the first place.. easy fixed.
