Yes, the recall brackets are attached. But there is another bracket that is not shown. Existing nuts and bolts for the bumper is insufficient to fit the bullbar. If the bolts and nuts weren't included, then the chassis pins would also be missing. You can buy a fitting kit from your dealer for about $100 which will have the nut, bolts, chassis pins. But you still need to find the missing bracket for each side.

Sorry for the thread dig, does anyone know if the upgraded mounts and fitting kits are still available from Toyota at all? I've seen a few second hand bars for sale but they have the pre recall mounts.

From my understanding the kits are still available to buy but they don't contain all the parts needed as they reused some parts like the chassis pins. Mate tried to get the recall done on a bar he recently fitted second hand and was told by dealer that the recall was finished.

Just ring all the dealers around you some say no and some say yes available just like the winch cradle

I was in at Toyota today and got quoted

$600 - PZQ296016ZBK - recall brackets only
$150 - PZQ296016ZFK - fitting kit which are fasteners only (includes chassis pins and bolts)
$200 - PZQ29602WC - winch cradle to suit recall brackets

Then around $400 labour, then i'm looking at another $500 for the 4wdsupacenter winch and around $200 to get that fitted and wired. Very expensive exercise just to get a cheap winch installed.

PS Dont ask for PZQ296016ZBF, this is the recall kit that contains both brackets and fittings and it's now marked as obsolete on the system.

amts i've picked up a sovereign bar with the recall mounts, and i dont have the smaller side brackets either. Do you still have instructions on making them? Also I've got:

Sovereign bar with pre-recall mounts fitted to the car
Another sovereign bar with post-recall mounts but it came with no bolts

Do i still need the PZQ296016ZFK fitting kit? Or will the mounting hardware on the current bar suffice? Getting a winch fitted to this thing is fast becoming an expensive headache....

A word of advice for someone wanting to add a winch to their sovereign bar who has the old mounts. Dont.... just forget about it, sell it to the highest bidder, turn the sovereign bar in to Coke cans even. It's not worth the hassle and expense, just go and get yourself an aftermarket bar and be done with it.
