I have compiled a database of manufacturer supplied after market specifications on struts, springs and shocks for the Prado 120 into a single thread.
Approximate and measured standard Prado 120 & 150 data is included for comparison purposes. Feel free to post any additional manufacturer supplied suspension data and I will add it to the codes.
Thanks to AMTS, the database can also be downloaded in Excel format here:

General suspension guidelines:
Many states, including NSW, limit suspension lifts to 50mm maximum before engineering certification is required.
Always retain a minimum of 60mm downward suspension wheel travel following a suspension lift.
It is a good idea to have 30mm of rake - i.e. the rear is 30mm higher than the front.
Never fit a shock or strut that reaches minimum compressed length prior to reaching the appropriate bumpstop first.
Never fit a shock or strut that allows components such as brake lines, cv joints and sway bars to limit suspension travel before the shock or strut reaches maximum extension.
