Hi everyone
This is my first post at PP. I live in Mozambique and last week bought a 1997 2.7 Prado, with 140k's, It will have its first service with me tomorow and i they will change all filters and oils in the car. Should i do anything else?
Now for the problem of the day, the Prado came with Bridgestone Winter Dueller's fitted. As you might know we have a very warm/hot climate in Mozambique and the winter dueller's are a very dangerous choice of tire.
Today i had a look at what i can afford and the list is as follows (prices are in US Dollars):
Goodyear Wrangler AT/SA USD 1.382,00
BF Goodrich AT USD1.361,00
Bridgestone Dueller A/T 694 USD1.323,00
Michelin LTX AT2 USD 1.181,00
General Grabber AW USD 991,00
I will use the Prado mostly on City/Highway with two weekends every month on sand, mostly beach sand.
What should I buy? Do you know of any problems with these tires? The only one i havent got bad reviews is the Dueller A/T, but then most reviews on the internet are about rock, snow and mud.
Thank you for any help you might have for me.
