I was looking at purchasing one of their roof racks as they seemed like a good deal, the only issue I had was that they do not detail how the attach to the Prado 150? no photo's, can't find any other information.

Thought I'd jump on the forum and see if anyone has purchased one and came across this thread. I think I will skip the risk / hassle and just give them a miss, will spend the extra $$ on an ARB stocked roof rack.

I do like the look of their rear bars, and good pricing on most of their products. Beside the crap service is the general quality any good?? anyone have a positive experience with ANY of their products?

Another perfect example of the stuff ups and piss poor service we get most places these days,
Get treated like it's your fault and you have nothing better to do.

        POWERFULL4x4 DO MAKE SLIDERS/STEPS FOR 120 PRADO
I HAVE THEM ON MY 120, so far I'm vet happy with them.
The company itself, it is very slow and testing dealing with them, I set up an account with them recently.
I chose them as they looked good and for the price I pay for them worth trying!
        The prices all include delivery.

If anyone chose to buy these, they take 1 person 1 hour to fit, there is an option of drilling 1 hole, you dont have to, but will be arguably stronger if done that way.
So you don't actually gave to drill.

Seems as though they may have a batch of wrong product in box?
Mine were well packed and no scratches even after couriers handling.

They're attitude sounds not suprising to what I'd expect, I guess one lesson here is, be more patient, accept the free delivery, if it was wrong, they would have to send correct ones to replace, etc, they sell a lot so, I think it's not a regular occurrence and I hope not.

Im not running a business, however I have set up accounts with them and other 4x4 suppliers to get better pricing for myself and other 4x4 buddies happy to help to provide pricing so you know your getting a good deal.

All the best with watever product you end up with hey.....

Found this thread while I was trying find a way to contact them.

I had no issues with their product but my god the service is absolutely terrible. In saying that, someone at their main office in Syd was able to sort out my issue… twice!

In Jan 2017 i ordered a rear wheel carrier for my 120 from the Campbellfield VIC store. Shipped it directly to my mechanic. Found out the arms that hold the tiers are missing. Called VIC store and they had no idea what had happened, after a call to the Syd office a lady (not sure what her name was) track it down and found the arm were never shipped and are at a different shop that had powder coated the arms.

It also didn't come with any instructions either, when i spoke to them they said they are going to email me a PDF. When i called them few days after to ask where the PDF was I was told there are no instructions and it's quite straight forward and they can put me in touch with someone who can fit them.

Unfortunately they would not ship the arm and i had to go pick it up, a 110km return trip.

When we got around to fitting the arms we found out the pins that lock the arm when they are open are missing. I was put in contact with 'Mark' who told me the pins are in the mail. After 11 days, many unanswered calls and emails i was still waiting for the pins to arrive.

I finally ended up SMS's the lady from the Syd store (she gave me a mobile number to send photos of the missing arms).

Fingers crossed i'll receive them in the next few days as i'm heading out to Birdsville in a week.

                  5 year update powerfull/rock armour sets/sliders

5 years later, I have fitted a few to both 120&150. Everyone seems happy with the product.
We do actually upgrade the fitting kit on the 120's, thicker plates & 12mm dia bolts.
                  Mine are still going.

At some stage a couple years back, The business was sold or something similar.
They now have dealers around the place, they no longer give us any real discounts & you can find some eBay sellers giving them away. I have seen & people have paid $399.

Whatever your choice, all the best.
