  • What to modify next?

Hey everyone! I'm new to pradopoint as I have only had a prado for a short period of time. It is a 2007 Toyota Prado- Grande and I have put All-terrains on it (cooper at-3's) and tomorrow I am getting a lift kit (efs 2" front and rear) and on thursday I am installing ARB underbody protection, Safari Snorkel, UHF, Lightforce spotties and bonnet protector. I was wondering if anyone had any more suggestions on what I should put on it as I am 18 and not very experienced. I do go on the beach rarely but mainly I go to places that are very rocky and camp (and ride motorbikes) or somewhere like landcruiser mountain park (it doesn't necessarily have to be a performance or appearance modification could be anything that you think would suit me ) and preferable something that is reasonably cost because I didn't only break the bank with all these purchases.... I pretty much cleaned it out haha looking forward to your advice!

Rock sliders, air compressor, tyre deflators, Maxtrax.

You sure about the EFS kit?

what are rock sliders? haha i posted in the one about suspension and someone suggested me putting a lift just on the front and doing the airbag mod to the back but I think i'd prefer the extra $500 to make it reliable specially seeming its a nice car I dont want to worry about it breaking but that's me just being useless (because I dont know how to do the mod and no mechanic will do it for you) :P i hope your not referring to the brand haha I was under the impression it was alright!

No matter what brand of lift kit you get someone will say it's shit. Do what amts said and get his bash plates. A guy on here makes rock sliders down south but there not cheap. I'll be making some for my prado soon so could make you some if you wanted. If you had the money front locker would be good. A awning is good for camping and only $300ish depending on brand.

And your answer to what rock sliders are. They are a lot stronger style of side step thats made of steel and can hold the weight of the car. They'll protect your sills from getting smashed in from rocks.
