Replaced the Federal MT's last week with 4 new Mickey Thompson ATZ P3's. Supposed to be better than the Cooper ST Maxx on wet roads and a new compound from the older 4rib ATZ's.
Initial onroad feel is excellent so looking forward to testing them out off road.

        Thanks VX...
A badly timed situation change. We (the family) were moving to Kingaroy last year and my driving habits were going to change from 30,000 k's a year to about 10,000 or so and a heap more off-road driving. But, in true form that changed about 3 weeks after I bought the MT's and now it's back to 30'odd thousand k's a year.

So I finally managed to get rid of the Powerful4x4 bullbar that came with my car when I bought it.
Replaced it with a TJM steel winch bar on Tuesday.

At the same time I had the original steel cable from the Ox winch changed over to rope.
            10mm x 30mm rope rated for 9000kg.

First impressions age great... The front end feels a lot lighter as the Powerful bar was close to 100kg and the THM is closer to 60kg.
Combine that with the weight of rope V's steel cable that's a lot of weight off the front end.
