At the moment the front diff and transmission are in the engine bay but the rear diff is just extended to above the fuel tank under the cargo area floor.

Thanks Madkore
First impressions are that they seem strong and well made... but, the bash plates seem a little revealing compared to the Brown Davis bash plates I had on the 90. When I get a chance I plan on taking a pic to compare their coverage to the BD ones.
Probably too many bolts involved in attaching them to the car but they do go further back than the BD plate.Cheers, Leon

Finally getting somewhere with the barrier and shelf system for my photography studio lights...
Was quite fiddly as I had to match my shelves to the black widow barrier and as they only warrant it when used with their draw system I had to keep setting it in place and comparing it to the barrier position, take it out, cut a bit more... fit it again, and so on and so on...
All in all I think it's married up quite well. Nice and snug against the rear seats (in their reclined position) and I might even have room behind the fridge slide to put a water tank or something similar in there.
Needs to come out one more time unfortunately so I can cut a few access holes in the side panes for access and also some ventilation holes and power access for the fridge.
Here's the shelf...
In work mode...
oh, hang on... in work mode can't forget the fridge for work.
If I have time I might do some 'wing' panels and make a small shelf above the bags for a camp table.Cheers, Leon

I hardly get any bugs making their way to the intercooler since fitting the bug screen. I guess you could say it does its job.
Having said that, whilst I haven't removed it since fitting, I have noticed some rubbing on the chrome underneath.NOW FOR SALE!!! - 2004 Silver GXL 3lt 4spd Auto - ARB Bullbar, Safari Snorkel, Redarc Dual Battery System, Cooper ST MAXX, Dark Tint, IPF900XS spots, Raised Bilstein/Kings Suspension/Firestone Airbags, Autosafe Cargo Barrier, Sandgrabbers, Rola Roof Rack Stuff, Insect Screen, Dust/Wind Deflectors, Sheepskin/Black Duck Seatcovers, GME TX3510, ARB underbonnet compressor, Allied Hammer Rims, ARB UVP, AJ Sliders

I noticed it rubbing as I was putting it on so it made me think it might be an issue. Can't see anyway around it rubbing though.Cheers, Leon

Thanks butane. I had the 90 just how I wanted it and then I went and sold it... not too much left to do on this now.
Probably prioritize swapping the powerful 4x4 bar out for a TJM bar so the winch fits better and a rear locker... really miss the rear locker off the 90Cheers, Leon

Latest Shot
Here's how it looked last weekend (04/08/2012) after a dusty day at Mt Mee.
I suspect it's done some towing duties and already had on it...
* 2" lift but I've swapped the Pedders out and put a 2" HD Billies and Dobinson combination in.
* BFG AT's
* Toyota tow bar
Dealer installed as part of the deal...
* Safari snorkel
* Powerfull 4x4 Premium Bull Bar
* Narva 225 Spotties.
* Dual batteries
I've since installed...
* Pradopoint sticker
* 2" Raised HD Billies and Dobinson combination
* ARB underbody protection plates
* Electronic brake controller.
* Anderson plug to the rear for the CT
* 12v direct to cargo area for the fridge.
* Replaced 2nd battery with new 105ah deep cycle battery
* Acquire new feet for my commercial Rhino bars so I can fit the Foxwing, Maxtrax and shovel (Done: 19/08/2012)
* Extended the diff and transmission breathers higher in the body. (30/08/2012)
* Repaired a hole that was letting dust into the cargo area through the fuel filler area. (31/08/2012)
* Installed my TG120 - 120 Transfer Case Guard (17/09/2012)
* Purchase/install cargo barrier (20/09/2012 In progress)
* Re-build shelf system for cargo area (20/09/2012 In progress)
The 'to do' list...
* Purchase and install a UHF
* Swap out the Narva lights for my IPF lights off the 90 series.
* Wire up the TJM Ox winch (winch is installed but not connected yet)
* Install ARB CKMA12 compressor under bonnet (will be nice not to have it in the cargo area like it was in the 90)
* Sand grabba Mats... (need these as launching the boat yesterday got my carpet wet)
* Fit new fire extinguisher.
* Improve the recovery points (not comfortable snatching off the bullbar even if they say they are rated recovery points. Will probably go the outback ideas recovery points)
* probably will budget for a rear locker at some point in the near future as I really was amazed at how well they improved the 90 series off road.
* Custom mods to the factory side steps... or maybe even a set of AJ120's rock sliders.
