    Am i close ??

Was aiming to arrive around 2pm, and thought i would just follow the line of prado's or get on the UHF for exact directions. Being that i havent been to this part of the world before i should get some better drections or GPS co-ords in case my first 2 options dont work out so well.
    Cheers
    Phil

Bendleby is pretty easy to find, for those coming from Orroroo (South) just be aware that there is a sign saying Bendlby Ranges 9 or 10kms or ther abouts but the turn off from the main road is only about a k or so past that sign, you don't see the turn off sign until its too late, so then a U turn is needed.

Also - for those coming from the north, if you're coming down via Hawker, you can turn just after Carrieton. Saves going through to Orroroo.

Time is running out quickly, but so is the money. Still need to pay for tyres, food, toilet, torch, batteries, fuel, accomodation and I'm sure more things will come up. Bloody hell, where is my winning Lotto ticket?????

Not at all, checking the track conditions so we can give you the good oil before hitting the trails, embarassing ourselves is a given regardless of how much we drive the tracks

Route recon - very important. We'll be the ones embarassing ourselves as a result of over zealousness, lake of momentum, not listening to instructions/directions, reading maps upside down, being over reliant on GPS, basically getting our ambitions confused with our abilities or just trying to show off. But it should all be great fun nonetheless.

Shit bushy, don't go in my group or we are really stuffed...
To the rest of the committee, I finally got my drivers license, now just have to Google 4wding and I will be ready

Trish, how do I load that paper map you gave me onto my iPad?

AJ, I have rated recovery points too, my camper will be my recovery point and I rate it pretty high. (I have been waiting a year to use that line! )
