Love the light strip under the awning, looks like and bright. Where did you order the LED's from?

04 GXL - Red Centa dual battery, Alloy B/bar, BFG AT's, Rhino Rack commercial bars x 3, GME TX3540, TJM roof cage, Outback Ideas recovery points, LHS rear drawer, 2" Dobinsons/Bilstein lift, ARB CKMA12 air compressor, CoilRite airbags, ARB 2.5m awning, MCC Dual Wheel Carrier, Eagle Eye headlights with 55w hid lo beam. -
They were from ebay. Came as a strip 5m long. A word of warning though as I cut a short strip of 0.5m to use as a night light for inside the house. After a few months, the LEDs started turning brown and the "silicone" that surrounds the LEDs were also turning brown.Originally posted by Gramps View Post
So far on the awning, there are no problems. It gets left on for maybe 2 hours at a time. Perhaps being glued to the aluminium extrusion of the awning and the fact that it was cool when we went camping probably helps with heat dissipation.Comment

Made an attempt at installing the recovery points. Here is the passenger's side.

Moved the QuickFists (aka shovel mount) under the Pioneer Platform for more clearance into underground carparks.

Andrew be careful of the rubber strips if they have been in the sun I have had one of these fail and a few of the other Rhino style. I now use occy straps and I throw a couple of cable ties over the shovel. Might be our overly aggressive ultra violents up here

Fitted an organiser tray for the center console fridge. It's a perfect fit with a fairly deepish tray.
