        Your rig was definitely squealing like a pig in mud (and no doubt due to the mud!) after the GTG Troy! You might have a quiet ride again soon

          I just replaced all my belt pulleys and with the NU-LINE pulley and belt kit from Western Filters, $247. It seems to be a very good kit and of high quality.

          [URL="http://http://www.westernfilters.net.au/toyota-landcruiser-prado-4-0l-v6-belt-pulley-kit-1grfe-grj120/"]

          My pulleys had become very noisy after some recent wet whether and driving through a few "puddles". WD40 quietened it for a while but it was slowly getting worse. Because I didn't know how old the belt was I thought it was time to bit the bullet and fix it before something failed. As a bonus now I have a spare belt, just incase.

          The install was very easy, just drop the bash plate and do it from underneath. Only required very basic tools and around half an hour, I would rate it as an easy job which could be done by most people with basic skills.

            Do the Nuline pullies have the correct ID bearings? No nead for any bushes?

            Thanks guys

              Just replaced the 3 idler pulleys with genuine ones from Partsouq. The top pulley still felt good with no play but replaced it anyway. I left the tensioner alone and the belt was already replaced a while back.

              I went from the bottom after removing the bashplates. Needed a tube extension on the ratchet handle as I didn't have much room to swing on the handle. Used a deep 14mm socket for the lower 2. Handy to have a torque wrench to get the bolts properly torqued up due to the awkwardness of the positioning.
