I did just buy the whole hose with fittings from ARB. As you said Rev, a lot less running around.

Might be the only choice currently.

I was in Bunnings and Supercheap today. Nothing compatible on the shelves, sales staff have blank stares.

Sorry guys just realized it was an air hose kit and I got it from bunnings not supercheap so it's the spear & Jackson fittings as shown above, I changed the fittings to ryco cause I had access to them at a previous employment. When I got the compressor fromARB I got the hose kit as a throw in..

Just something I stumbled across the other day.

I walked into Just Tools for a bit of a browse and thought to look for some fittings for my ARB compressor.
Unfortunately they did not have the Euro style.

The guys were very helpful and explained that they get this style on the European air tools they sell.
The tradies replace them with the more common ones that are used here in AUS and throw the Euro ones out.

So, if you know a tradie that has a European air tool they may have some of these fittings or see if your local tool store has any they replaced for a customer as they apparently just throw them out.

Just stumbled upon this thread, as i was having the same difficulty.

the ARB fittings are "Charge" style fittings. i just picked up a set at Bunnings.

It is unbelievable, how many different standards there are with pneumatic click couplings! Nitto, Ryco, Jamico, ........ and none of the will work with the other. i was nearly going to just cut off all the fittings from the ARB stuff and convert everything over to a readily available type.
i think I have plenty of the fittings I mentioned above, in my Garage.
Anyway, I just happened to be in bunnings the other day, and noticed these Charge fittings looked pretty close to the ARB stuff. So I took my hose in, today, and compared it - It is the one.

SCA currently has this 10m air hose on sale with Nitto fittings for $13.49. The ARB hose is 18ft.
                    http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/Pro...m-x-10m/377688

Because the ARB compressor uses Charge style air fittings (https://www.bunnings.com.au/craftrig...s-set_p6330412), I'm thinking of converting the quick release coupler on the compressor to Nitto style.

SCA have these 5 piece Nitto set on sale for $4.89
                    http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/Pro...5-Piece/298678

Wondering if it is going to be an easy swap of the female coupler on the compressor.
EDIT: just noticed that the female coupler on the compressor requires a male thread on the coupler. So the above Nitto coupler won't screw on directly.

Will probably replace the tyre inflator chuck with this one, also on sale $14.75 http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/Pro...h-Gauge/214282

Nice find Amts. I am about to hard wire and mount my compressor in the boot with switch in the cab. Then put a fitting on the back of the car probably down near the tow bar to run Air to Airbags in the Camper.

Converting it to these fittings should be a lot cheaper.

I just need to work out of the original hose to tyre value with gauge will work. I dont want a trigger one where I have to sit there waiting to get to full pressure.

Well done Andrew, might have grab one of those hoses myself!

My only concern with the tyre gauge above is the dial runs out to 180psi!! You'll only be using the first third of the dial and I understand that most gauges are most accurate in the middle of their range (ie around 90psi)...
                        Cheers

The ARB air hose kinks very easily in my drawers. I have to carry two of them to reach the camper trailer! I have had a look and reckon the fittings could be swapped from the ARB hose to the Blackridge one.

From these style of tyre inflators with gauge, they all come with a trigger lever. This way, while airing up, the gauge is disabled. Release the trigger and then you can read the pressure. Workaround would be a loop of cable tie that you can slip over the lever.

Yes might be more suitable ones on ebay or ARB's new digital tyre inflator https://www.arb.com.au/digital-tyre-inflator/

Yes the intention of this 10m hose is to reach the trailer or sometimes a 2nd vehicle.

Do you reckon the air fittings simple unscrews from the end of the hoses?
