Just too add some more info,
We originally thought pub, obviously at your own cost.
But not sure about fitting 100+ people in the pub, we will find out, or likely I will.
Also second thought it might be better for the meet & greet & social to have a BBQ (included?) & much cheaper dessert in a can ( at your cost).
If we can fit in pub then perhaps it's an option for the second night.

It is for you, so like to know your preference.

If I remember the pub at Mansfield the dining room isn't that big, haven't been there for many years though.

Sweat? Naa we will be enjoying the warmth from the BBQ
Although, whoever is cooking will be limited, you know the usual, drink in one hand, trying to cook with the other.

Well my vote is for the BBQ as it allows everyone to just sit around and enjoy the night sky and the feeling of camping all the while watching the committee work out just what is happening and taking notes for when the GTG is in Tasmania.
