Some possibilities:
Outer CV rubbing against the hub - lubricate it.
Brake guard rubbing against the rotor - bend it.
Bearing failure - replace them $250 to $700 depending on whether you can remove the spindle yourself.
Any of the belt driven components in the engine bay - lubricate one by one to find it.
No matter what the cause, start by jacking up the one wheel you suspect and turn it by hand. If you can't hear it, then have the entire vehicle raised above ground and rotate all wheels. If it were me I'd do this above grass, have an assistant run the engine in gear, and stick my ear around till I find it - but obviously this can be dangerous.
