Took it for a drive up around Mt Robertson Ridge area near Kinglake, Vic with the Toyota Landcruiser Club to survey some of the areas damaged in the 2009 Black Saturday Bushfires. It was very interesting to see the regrowth that has taken place yet still being able to see the evidence of the damage those fires caused. Some interesting tracks that would be a whole lot different with a bit of rain.Comment

Oil and filter change on the new 2.8 diesel engine, the oil filter is easier than the hilux to change. Got a 2 inch lift to be done at TJM no more soft suspension yeah.Comment

how much do you think all that snow sitting on the prado would weigh?
i went to mt Buller once and you couldn't even see the cars there was that much snow covering them the owners were digging to get to there number plate to make sure it was there car before they done the full mission of digging them out.Comment

Moving our 12.5ft Jayco outback expanda caravan down to the back of our block on a damp slope the van and car decided it would slide sidewards down over the slope towards the river bank causing the the rig to jack - Knife, the damage one busted rear bumper and bent jockey wheel holder. I finally got it down onto some flat ground before needing to be winched in reverse back up the hill by daughters BF to where I intended to park the van.
Prado looks like it is getting a Kaymar bar fitted now and some decent tyres instead of the standard tyres. And maybe I should wash the seat cover and undies.New 2015 150s GX 5 seater with floor mats, towbar and a big wish list
