There is a number of threads on what you can do to the Grande suspension. All is pretty well still current.
A number of members have just replaced with Whiteys Custom valved Ironman suspension, and are very happy. It is worth talking to Whitey as he is the local guru on suspension.
One recently did a dobinsons upgrade to their remote reservoir MRR units, but they failed him on a remote trip some 5000kms later. My understanding is they were fixed but he chose to go to ironman instead.
I ran Bilsteins in mine and was quite happy although it occasionally got the dreaded Grande Pogo stick effect on certain roads and bumps.
I would not even consider going back to the TEMS suspension, and just last week threw mine in the bin even though it was all under 10k old. If your driving in a city and nowhere else it might be ok. But hopeless in my views anywhere else.
