Rears down to about 1mm with wear indicators touching and smelling rather burnt, no wonder we were having fun coming down off some of the steeper descents. With the rears so worn you have to wonder why Toyota didn't say anything last service, I can't have worn them down that much in 6 months.

End result was new Bendix 4WD pads all round and all discs machined for a bit over half what Toyota wanted once I factored in the Pradopoint 10% discount offered by Anth and I know the work was done right. Thanks heaps Anth, very happy with the work! Will pop some pics in my build thread later.

Had a good look around underneath while the Kaka was up on the hoist and it appears the only damage was to the bash plates (mainly the sump guard) and fuel tank guards, the muffler has a few small dents in it as well.
Thankx for allowing me to check it out & for the business
You won't get a better brake job than that!

Yes yet another fuel rank guard required, I don't think I've seen a Prado with a 2" lift on the hoist that isn't smashed up & the customer doesnt agree they need a decent guard there.

I was impressed with your Bushskinz sump guard Anth, much thicker than my Ironman one. They didn't do them for the KDSS equipped 150 when I was looking so I ended up with the Ironman ones. Do Bushskinz do a fuel tank guard yet?

Photos from today are in my build thread now.

They are/about to start on fuel tank guards for prados.

Yes the 4mm plate rules, so much stronger than the others even the 3mm is easily bent up.
The electroplating stays looking much better than paint also. No rust!
They have only recently finalised the 150 guard.

I might become a Bushskinz distributor soon so that could be another 10% Prado point discount lol......

I know where I'll be looking next time round, have to get some more mileage out of the Ironman plates first.

    Hey Anth,
Sign me up for a tank guard when they become available. I have already had the front tank guard off and panel beaten once. I have a small dint in the rear one and think that something a bit heavier would be the go. Especially as the tank hangs below chassis level. Cheers. Pearl.
