    - Rear Diff Breather
    - Extended Front Diff Breather up to bulk head too
    - Gear box breather up to bulk head
    - transmission breather up to bulk head
    - sand flag mount on bull bar - hope it is strong enough
    - Drawers (Titan)
    - new head unit (Kenwood)
    - radiator and thermostat
    - refreshed transmission fluid, diff oil, trans oil
    - greased up drive line nipples
    - driver side wheel bearing
    - 130% brighter headlamp bulbs - not bad - certainly better
    - 32" light bar (the 22" fell off last year on the corrugations
    - 9" illuminator LED lights (These are amazing - especially for the price)

    Things i didn't do myself
    - Snorkel ( iron man as they were out of Safari - but very happy)

Yes sure are. They are a great unit for the price thats for sure. I replaced my IPF 901 Xtreme Sport Series with these. Sold the IPFs for $150 and got these for $200 with the wiring. The light output is amazing. It has at least tripled over the old IPF lights.

Would recommend. Looking at the Lightway (Sunyee) lightbars now. Though have heard they have in the past got water in them.

When I get a min, I will do some on/off photos and put up a thread.

          • Fitted 2x AUX usb ports/volt meters to the Main and Aux batt with a bypass switch. Switch allows the USB ports off the AUX battery to be turned on without the key in the ignition, the whole lot comes on when the key is on ACC or ON. Made up a loom to go with so the panel can be easily disconnected without getting the switch/USB ports jumbled up putting it back together.

              • The grill was getting a little shabby so I pulled it off to Plasti Dip it. Found that most of the brackets holding it on had cracked through. Fired up the hot glue gun, gave it a clean and sprayed it black. Came out really well. Remains to be seen how well it stands up.

All I can say is GET ONE!!! , What an amazing bit of gear for a whopping $89.
The difference in the drive is unbelievable, to the point where its turned a daily-driver into a weapon, I couldnt wipe the smile from my face.
I tried the highest setting which is FH9 and its just too violent in my opinion, so I settled on the HH9, which is some kind of half-way setting and its alot more controllable with just as much impact as the FH9 setting in the acceleration.
For those that havent seen them, they simply plug-in between the factory throttle harness and the pedal, approx 5min DIY plug-&-play install.
They actually list them for a 2005-2009, but it worked flawlessly on my 2003, I took the gamble that it would fit, and it paid off bigtime, I F#n LOVE this thing!
Cant wait to go for another drive in the morning, THAT is how good it is. GET ONE!!!
Yep - I did this too. But I must be getting old - I find the HH1 setting suits just fine. I think there's a few things it does:

                  1. it shortens the pedal travel between idle and WOT.
                  2. It also seems to generate more intermediate values as the pedal is pressed

Regarding Point 2: I have a scangauge and when I was looking at the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) values on it, there were many more intermediate values showing as you pressed the throttle, when the unit was running, compared to originally. (my TPS readings show 16 at idle, and 79 at WOT)

eg on pressing the throttle gently, before fitting the unit, the TPS values went:
                  17 - 20 - 23 - 26 - 30 - 33

whereas with the unit on, and using setting HH1, I saw:
                  16 - 17 - 18 - 20 - 21 - 22 - 23 - 25 - 26 etc.

I think this unit is giving a more linear throttle response than OEM does. Which gives a much more controlled acceleration.

In comparison, if the mode is FH9, the TPS values go:
                  16 - 22 - 28 - 35 - 40 etc

(which is more fun, but must use heaps more fuel!)
                  Correct me if I'm worng...
                  Rob.

                      • Well after much searching went with a shock/horror not a Toyota Prado Specific unit, it is a xtrons unit http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/10-1-Octa...item2125f7a7d8 comes with some apps on it. Fitted a rear view camera and honestly that was the hardest part the double din head unit took about 10 mins to switch out, I did buy the Toyota to Din quick connects thru Aepro but unit is awesome and looks good in dash. The only thing I would add is because screen is large is when fitting sort of adjust it so it is pointed to the driver as much as possible it did it straight at first and after installing realised and quickly adjusted agian, also use a pillow to let the entire assembled rest without straining wire etc when switching units. I brought mine on a fleabay 20% off deal which come up often. Now just trying to get my head around android operating system.

Hopefully these images are the correct size.
Also fitted this rear view camera installed in license plate light but while it does see behind you is obviously off centre in this position will fit a different one later as close to centre as possible. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/112231396...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

                        • That's really cool, does it mount via the double din hole? The link to the head unit doesn't work

                          • Here is the link, it was updated a few times since I brought mine.

Yes It does fit into the Double Din hole. The mounting screws align well as you can see by one of the pics.

                            • Excellent. Is yours the 10inch?
Certainly won't be using the passenger air vent with that one.

                              • I have lashed out a little on the prado lately...
front and rear e-lockers a couple of weeks ago... and the weekend I bought some Pro Comp Xtreme MT2's in the size of 285s for Offroad work on black sunrasyia offset rims. They look great! Keen to give them a run Offroad to see how much they scrub now, but all good on the road, and lock to lock...
I have the road tyres on again at the moment, but hoping I get away for a run on Sunday so I will get some more pics then...
