    • So I bought some of Tin's brackets for the 120 series, and I installed a DC678 cooler today. I'm posting some pictures here for others, because I've found it frustrating that so many in this thread are in the Photobucket bin. Hope these are helpful to someone

ID:	656605 I mounted the oil cooler behind the brackets, rather than in front. Not sure if that's what others have done, but it seemed to make sense to make the gap between the oil cooler and the air con less rather than more. The hoses run along underneath the top radiator support - you can see the three cable ties I have used to keep them in place. They're not visible when the black shroud is replaced. I drilled one extra hole for the centre cable tie.

ID:	656608 I ran the hoses through the hole next to the D/S headlight, rather than the hole that the air con pipe comes through, to prevent rubbing. I might have to move them though if I ever put another battery in that space. One attaches to the top outlet from the radiator. The other is joined to the return hose via a 3/8" inline brass fitting. This seemed a lot easier than trying to replace the return hose altogether.

Took it for a run this afternoon and was very pleased with the difference it made. The real test will be when I do some more towing of the camper trailer in the high country
