Easiest mount option - just use a hand winch for rear recoveries. More effort in the event you need it, but less technical difficulties in mounting it.

I know someone who has two pulleys, one on the bull bar & one on the roll bar of his 70 series UTE to route the winch to the back. Though his is used for lifting dead animals onto the bed of the ute
