    Last weekend, I installed https://www.stedi.com.au/arb-led-fog...ement-kit.html

Difference for me, at least, I drive with parkers on all the time - so the DRL is triggered with the parkers, rather than the ignition. Turns off when the headlights are on.

Also fixed up the towing loom and anderson plug for the camper.

Removable extended rear mudflaps, made out of Rally Mudflap material - PVC.

Not pictured, extra mudflaps on the stock running boards. Got tired of having to get under and hose things off.

      Sliders.....one day.....

So took the Prado on one of the most difficult tacks in Tasmania that I have been on - Sawback Track to Adamsfield.

Needless to say I improved the mileage for a while with missing panels.

Insurance allowed for the Bullbar and both sides to be re-sprayed, along with TJM sliders.

Spent Saturday installing an inverter, decided that a panel on the passenger side of the cargo barrier would be the go. Not shown, is the cabling is actually run above the rear passenger door, front passenger door and down the A pillar out to the engine bay. There will be two 40Amp circuit brakers, one near the battery and one before the inverter. The one near the inverter will be the off/on switch....

Today's adventure was changing the Bushranger HID's out for LED (eBay Brand!). I will say the $70 spent for a X-Ray Vision (Bitrax) from TJM is the go for wiring up lights. H4 Plug and play into headlight.

Uninstalled over 8m of wiring from HID install (not me!), of course it is always appropriate to zip tie cables to the AC lines....

Well not so much Prado related - but kinda! Our Eagle camper that we bought used, and combined with our Kimberly trip needed some serious TLC. The original Pedders #8043 were absolutely flogged. I swapped out two of the four shocks with TrerrainTamer TGS1254Q. Bit of a difference in size. Long story short - the brakes didn't seem to work, after seeing a line cut from a limiting chain had broken (due to the bad shocks). Noticed the tyre wear was bad, might see in the first photo. Turns out the suspension bushes were completely flogged, allowing the arm to move around - causing the tyre wear. $1700 later, new brakes, bearings and suspension bushes.

The top of was a set of Dunlop Grantrek's - and tyre guy (a mate) actually balanced the tyres. Says he does it for trailers after years of hauling racing cars. Previous Coopers weren't balanced.

More work to be done, photos to follow.
