Yes I think 11mm is too far and unnecessary for under 2" lifts. My lift is over 3" with 5 adjustable links and I find even 5mm adjustments are significant enough to exasperate any tyre rubbing.
Out of all the rear links the top things to do is replace bushings, replace entire upper links with stronger ones, and adjustable panhard (and only IF alignment is more important than driveshaft -> aux tank impacts).
To put the adjustable on or not, I would decide based on bushings. If the newly purchased don't fit the adjustable, then wait till you've worn them a bit? If they fit, go for it.
