that is a well thought out option !!

my shocks are the other way around so the shaft is exposed at the bottom

I had a look closer look at a 120 and the lower rear shock mount is slightly different and will require a different design.

I have pricing back for the 150 shock guards and they will be $45 each ($90 pair) and shipping will be $15 for a 3kg airbag.

I am tweaking the design a bit to allow a bit more clearance to the wheels and a more ground clearance.

If anyone else is interested please let me know so I can have an idea on numbers. Above pricing was based on batches of 10 pairs.

I'll probably do a design for the 120 as well if there is enough interest.

i'll take 2 sets please and i should be able to get a few more sales for you

can you check when your doing it that it will fit a 2.5" shock ( King shocks , Fox shocks, Icon etc)

there should be quite a few guys that have the US bilstiens that are upside down as well

More Clearance

Updated the design to allow more clearance to the wheel rim and took into account the angle of the shock to allow more ground clearance.

I have checked clearance for larger 2.5" shocks and they are fine. Picture below shows a 63.5mm dia shock.



I will measure up a 120 on the weekend.

1st batch ready

The first lot of 150 stone guards are back from the laser cutters. I'll be in touch with those who wanted a set over the next day or two. I have checked these on a FJ Cruiser and they are the same as the 150.

I have measured up a 120 and am currently working on a design.

They come in at 1.3kg for a pair. I can send 2 pairs in the a 3kg airbag for $15

Clearance to rim

For those who run non standard rim offsets you will need to have at least 38mm clearance to the centre of the bolt. 40mm to be sure.

This is only a little bit larger the diameter of the shock mount. So if you can fit your finger between the bottom of the shock and the rim these guards should fit.
