I had KO1's and was looking at KO2's
Deep down i wanted some muddies so the next best thing had to be Coopers.
Price i had was for fitting and balance only. No need for an alignment as i was downgrading from 285/65/17

Need to replace my worn out KO's with KO2's and taking advantage of this deal however... has anyone got any feedback on the Toyo Open Country AT2's? (http://www.productreview.com.au/p/to...ry-a-t-ii.html) Had a tyrepower dealer rave about them, or any others that could be compared to the KO2's, like Hankook Dynapros? I am running 265/70/17 .
Cheapest I can find for the KO2's in Adelaide is $345 inc fitting. Of course with the air pump deal it's good but I don't really need a compressor (could sell it i suppose) as I have a bushranger black max already so hence my question as the Toyo for 4 with fitting land at the same price as the KO2's due to the current buy 3 get one free deal. Any advice or feedback is much appreciated.

i got quotes $235 a tyre at Tyre Power Parafield 2mths ago
got a deal for the BFG KO2 at $300ea including the compressor
in today for 4 at 10am

Out of interest - what sort of weights do they put on your tyres when they wheel balance them? What's acceptable?

I don't know but mine have mountains of weight used to balance them.

They used stick on weights with my KO2s, nothing on the face of the rims.

D4D's picture above shows very minimal balance weights used. If the tyre fitter does not align the yellow dot on the tyre with the valve stem, it would usually mean more weight is required. But if the yellow dot is aligned to the valve stem, then minimal weight is required.

The 150 rims will only allow stick on weights.

I lied, I have both. There are weights on the inside of the rims that are clipped on.

I lied, no clip on weights on the front face of the 150 rim.
