yeah I definitely set the bushing preload properly by tightening all the nuts and bolts with the car on the ground, take it for a drive and double check them all again. Finally got to have a better look at my bushes. Looks like they've already bulged at the top and if you look closely, you'll see that it's got some little tears/rips above the crush tube. Good thing I've got the new bushes coming soon
