The car in the shop now
The timing belt got snapped
The tensioner pully is fine
He is checking the other 3 pullies
Is it better to change all 4 pullies?
If one pulley went bad that's means the cooling system maybe get effect/slow down

Is tha possible?

V6 prado run a timing chain. I think you mean serpentine belt.

There is plenty v6 4.0 getting around second hand. Around $3-4K.

It sounds like you diagnosis are all over the shot currently. Idler pulleys are like $45 each. Just replace them if they feel crunchy.

Many shops here sell Japanese engines for Prado for $2000 plus exchange my engine. My car has Middleeast/Dubai Spec.
