I've got a lot of really useful info from looking through the other rig builds on even little things like a photo of something in particular that you're trying to understand. So while it will be far from the most exciting build on PradoPoint, I'm posting my build, in particular for other Kakadu owners where there are a few extra considerations along the way.
So I bought a 2013 Prado 150 Kakadu D4D (pre-facelift). Picked it up late in 2016 with 48,000kms on it. Black one - terrible for keeping clean and hiding scratches, but it passed the wife test and I do like the look of it too.
Here's the blank slate - the photo from the dealers ad.
