  • Calendar Result & Update

    Members,

As some of you are aware, the last calendar competition did not go according to plan. While entries were sufficient enough to create the calendar several people thought there was not enough time to vote and hence voting was extended. Admittedly, the wrapping up of the voting extended beyond the start of the financial year and then the results were odd.

Essentially, one member won almost all of the months. This seemed very strange to me as there were many great images from other members as well.

At that point, work, family and life took over and I failed to disclose these issues to you all. For that I apologise.

Some have unsubscribed from the paid membership - understandably.

There are only a handful of members left and as I consider the next phase for Pradopoint, I am considering removing the memberships and calendar all together.

I am happy to print and get the calendar out for the rest of this calendar year if there is still interest.

I am considering resetting the voting and asking you to cast again.

If you are a member and were entitled to a calendar, please respond to this thread with your preference.

    Thanks.

I'm not stressed about the calendar personally. I only became a paid member because I find the site/forum very useful and want to help keep it going.

I would be happy with a calender of the remaining part of the year.

Like others, the calender was not the reason that I became a paid member. I wanted to support a great forum and to do my bit to ensure that it continued. The calendar was a bonus and always had great photos.
