150 Prado Servicing

I am finding that Mr Toyota's servicing costs are starting to climb and was wondering if any Prado/Landcruiser owners could suggest another option. I live in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne Lilydale/Mooroolbark/Croydon/Ringwood areas.
any suggestions from experience would be welcome

Bit of a hike, but I use Motor Court Mornington. I couldn't find a dealer that knew their stuff, rang around 'hey what oil do you use'? Answer: valvoline... no viscosity or details whatsover.
Simple call to motorcourt and they told me straight away, 'In that motor I like use' blah blah blah.' good prices and techs that used to be toyota.

offered loan car at no charge *just throw something in it ie: fuel* and did my service on a public cup monday.

If I knew he had a workshop rather than an enthusiast, for sure I would recommend him just from reading posts.

#### is a fully trained mechanic with his own workshop who specialises in the 3l diesel motors in Prados and Hiluxes.

He will do other things to those vehicles but works on Nothing else, he knows them inside out.

You can stand there and watch and he will show and teach you what to do as he works, free lessons and you can see him replace things with new stuff, nothing dodgy like some places.
