I am looking to slowly upgrade my 2015 GXL. since $$$ don't grow on any of my trees, I'm looking for advice on a logical order to upgrade. I've already got a tradie rhino rack and I've setup a brake controller and Anderson plug for the in-laws caravan.
I'm considering:
I'd like to install everything myself to save on costs. The first big trip planned is Fraser next year. obviously some upgrades will be handy before then. I'll also need to replace my factory treads soon as they're not going to last much beyond 40k kms.
My pref is for quality product over cheap imitation.
Any advice?
Cheers,
Mark
I'm considering:
- Bullbar
- quality winch
- 50mm suspension upgrade or whatever is required for weight of bullbar, etc
- second battery & fridge, led lights
- spot lights
- CB (currently use handhelds which have limited range)
- front recovery points (obviously done at the same time as bullbar)
