More fuel system questions

Hi everyone.

I ran my 1KZTE until the fuel gauge read as close to empty as I dared with the GREEN 90 L light on. I then put 80 L in which was not enough to make the GREEN 90 L light go off. So according to my understanding when you fill up some fuel goes to each tank on a non preferential basis.

My question is what happens to the fuel that went into the main tank? Does it get used via the jet pump or does it just lurk there?

There is a number of threads on this already. The Jet pump constantly circulates fuel between both tanks, engine and return rail, this means you never get a tank that can go stale.
