ARB Sahara winch bumper...25mm gap

fitted my ARB bumper this week,good quality and fit

i know you need a 25mm gap between the bumper and the body,but i'd like to fill it,it would look much better

i'm thinking of something flexible 'cause the material will need to give when the bumper moves

has anyone on here done this?

Easiest way is to paint the guard black and you won't see it

As D4D said. $3 buck can of satin or flat black paint. Bit of masking tape and away you go.

Mines mounted at 18mm and no rubbing as yet.
