Removing drawers - bolt won't come out! Help Please :)

Hi everyone

I'm currently removing a set of ARB outback drawers from my 150 series Prado.

The drawers came out fine (much easier than I thought in fact!) but the bar which is bolted to the floor toward the middle of the car will not come out. The bolt turns around, but it won't unscrew as such. I've managed to put upward pressure on the bar, and managed to get one (of the two bolts) unscrewed by about 1cm. I can't see a nut underneath, and as the c channel that it's bolted to is welded to the floor, i can't work out how its screwing into anything. The photo show what I'm trying to describe!

I need to get the out (as the third row seats need to go back in) so any thoughts on this would be very much appreciated.

Have you had a look underneath the car? There may be captive nuts underneath.

I remember when I installed my drawers that you had to drill thru the floor as per your pictures and install nyloc nuts and square washers underneath.
