I ran a Raptor supercharger on my commodore V6 some years ago before selling it to buy an old school 80's V8 Merc 560SEC coupe. Tim the owner of the business based in QLD is a very smart guy with and enginnering background and has been supplying these kits around the globe since aound 2007 and they have evolved into a very sweet compact & efficient blower as tons of R&D gone into them over the past +14yrs to make them super reliable
Mine ran an air intercooler but since then he did a ton of work to develop other cooling options for the unit.

If you run them on low boost say max 8 PSI on a 120/150 Prado V6 which basically has forged internals with decent pistions you should not have any issues with reliability. But with the engine being fed verus sucking in the air it would make a decent difference to engine torque under load which is what you want and i imagine it would improve low end torque as well as the whole usable torque range.
Having owned a Raptor i can vouch that they are a very good Australian made product and impecable backup & service from Tim who stands by his product
I actually thought it would actaully improve your fuel economy if just highway cruising and not thrashing it
