First I went to Independent service. Their statement is that the noise is coming from the top of the engine; Toyota said that they are not able to determine the exact pin-point of the noise.
Independent service used stethoscope, not sure how accurate they were.
Independent service said that new injectors are in normal parameters, valve clearance checked, engine compression is ok. These things were double checked by Toyota service.

Does anybody know what is that stuff between injector and engine column?
Toyota said that is something like a silicone, put by previous service.P1170599.jpg

Looks like silicon. Whoever took the rocker cover off got lazy and didn't replace the seal around the top of the injector.
