My 2008 diesel Prado cannot drive up my driveway when cold, until it warms up. It has about 120k on the clock, and the injectors have been tested and are still within spec. It doesn't blow smoke but the fuel economy has been poor for some time (13L/100km). Is this a fuel pump problem, injectors or something else?

I have experienced similar after a cold night. It feels more drive train than engine related - but equally it could be engine I guess. Less revs than normal on the pedal and feels like power is not being transferred. Seldom happens but usually when cold and then comes right as running temp is reached. Otherwise it drives and tows fine.
