Prado (JDM) Oil Recommendation

Hi,
Dear Folks ,
Help me understand two issues regarding Motor Oil for 4.0 CC Prado ,
Toyota in Pakistan Prefers 20W-40 wheres under the bonnet it says ,
0W-20,
How do one choose oil for a specific country , ? ( is it different in Winters and Summers )
Secondly it shows two figures
5.7 L/ 6.1 L , is this for with and with out oil filter?

Third and last is if we have 6 L instead of 6.1 L , will it affect the engine ?

Look up your owner's manual to confirm. It should state the preferred and acceptable range of oil viscosity requirement for your vehicle.
20w- 40, should be suitable as long as temperature don't drop below -5 degrees celcius. 15w-40,10w40 should be also suitable.

0w-20 is more suited for very cold climates which is most likely not suited for your location. It is not suitable for hot climates,

Oil grade should meet or exceed manufacture oil grade specification. It should state on the bottle. i.e. API Sl or SM multigrade oil (petrol) and API CF, CF4(diesel)

6.1l - the larger volume of the 2 is the quantity required with oil filter change. It is better to just put in what the manufacturer states and also to double check with the dipstick that oil level is correct... Oil level should be between mid and high level mark. Do not overfill, more is not better in this case !

6L of engine oil is a bit high for the 4L V6. Sure you're not reading the diesel section?

Well It shows correct on the Dip Stick and the readings are from under the bonnet of 4.0 V6.

6.2 litres of oil is spot on with a filter change in my 2013 V6.
