Hi gents just throwing the feelers out to see if anyone has a cargo barrier they are looking to get rid of before I go and spend the big bucks on a brand new one. To suit a GXL 150 model
I was recently after one. I have a 150 GXL face lift with 7 seats. I picked up a second hand one for a GX non-facelift 5 seater (for $60!!) - it fits fine in the 7 seater, and should also work if you pull the 3rd row of seats out.
Thought you might like to know as it widens up your options.

The GX cargo barrier won't allow the GXL rear passenger airbags to work properly.

Interesting - the tag doesn't say GX only, it just says it is for a 5 seater. Do the GX's not have air bags in the middle seats?
When I bought the barrier I trial fitted it - the barrier sits further back than the A-pillar where the airbags deploy from, so I am pretty sure the middle seat airbags will still function. I don't care about airbags in the very back (are their airbags in the very back?), as I only put the barrier in when I am using that area for cargo.
Either way, I figured stuff coming at the passengers from the cargo area was a bigger risk than the curtain airbags not working.
I just jumped on the Toyota web site - it lists the 5 seater GX as having 7 airbags, and I could not find anywhere that mentioned additional airbags for the GXL 7 seater. So if they come with the same airbags, why would a GX 5 seater barrier be different to a 7 seater?
