What model prado does it suit?

It was from a 90 Series. I don't know whether the ECU changed for the early 120 Series that had this motor.

This is a SD-180 from the photo, as mentioned fits the KZJ90 series, SD-181 fits the KZJ120's.

As the what the differences are, I'm not sure.

No worries iv got a 120 ecu, there different to the 90 not having a od off switch and the throttle switch is different there also a faster ecu

I had one on from day two of purchase (second hand) in 2009. Power increase marginal, fuel "efficiency" unchanged if you are burning all the extra, Safari used to claim 10% with snorkel and exhaust fitted at the same time. It was obviously adding fuel because the EGTs could be pushed over 750C, a situation that remains to this day. Snorkel followed, but the most noticeable change made was the last, removing the stock muffler and replacing with straight through. More gasflow to enable the extra fuel to be burnt, with (finally) my desired effect of lower EGTs (by 60-100C) so that I could use the power. So, if you fit the chip do the muffler at the same time.
