scangauge and early 120's

Hey guys,
I was just looking at the scangauge website as it has been put on the list for my soon coming birthday and happened to notice that it is "not comptible" with the pre Aug 2004 models, petorl or diesel with either the 4sp auto or 5sp manual. I would like to know if anyone with one of these prados has a scangauge II and whether it works and to what extent.

Yes, I unfortunately bought one without looking into the details first and it won't work on my Prado (2004 Petrol with 4 speed AUTO). Will need to try and sell it now (or hang onto it until I get a newer Prado in many years to come :-).....only just got this one though.
